HOW DO YOU MANAGE YOUR STRESS?

Not many people understand the effects of stress in their daily life.  Now by nature we need a little stress to keep us alert and productive, but too much stress can be harmful and can lead into serious physical, emotional, and behavioral symptoms. 

Unfortunately, a lot of people today face too much stress and thus they have many symptoms like sleep difficulties, stomachache, back & neck pains, weak immune system, anxiety, moodiness, anger, irritability, low self-esteem, drug or alcohol use, and social withdrawal, to just name few symptoms that people believe that they must take medications for, but did they think that it could be stress?

What if they can learn to manage stress and began to improve natural to the point that they no longer require medications? Would they do it? Would you do it? Would you like to improve your life and manage your stress?

 I know that this is what I did to get better.  I learned about stress and found ways to manage it.  I was able to go on with my daily life without feeling the severe back & neck pains, my sleep improved, and my doctor was able to drop me from 12 medications to only 3 medications. My mind became clear, I was able to function better and improved my life.  Managing my stress was one of the best things that I have ever done for myself besides self-care!
